What services do you offer?
We offer professional shoe cleaning services to refresh and revive your footwear and shoe related shopping. Please note: we do not offer restoration services (e.g. repainting ,sole repair, stitching).
How do I send my shoes to you?
After placing your order, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your shoes via post to our cleaning center. Postal services include tracked shipping.
Do you offer pickups or in-person drop-offs?
Not at this time. LIKE-NEW currently operates as a postal-based service, allowing us to serve customer sell across the Netherlands.
How long does the cleaning process take?
Turn around time is typically 2–4 working days from the moment we receive your shoes. You’ll be notified once your clean pair is on its way back to you.
Can you clean all types of shoes?
We clean most types of casual, athletic, and everyday footwear. We clean the following materials:
- Canvas,
- Nylon,
- Pleather,
- Rubber,
- Suede,
- Nubuck,
- Flyknit,
- Cotton mesh,
- Leather
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Do you restore or repair shoes?
No, we specialize in deep cleaning only. We do not offer any form of restoration, sole replacement, stitching, or dyeing services.
How do I pay?
We accept secure payments via iDEAL, Maestro, Credit Cards, PayPal and other common payment methods. Your payment details are processed securely via our payment provider.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
We aim for excellent results every time. If you’re not satisfied, please send before and after photos to info@like-new.nl and we’ll review your case. Please note: results may vary depending on the condition of the shoes.
Can I return products I bought from your shop?
Each product may have different return conditions based on its supplier and shipping specifics. The return policies, including the right to return, time frames, and eligibility, will be outlined on the product page. These policies are governed by the supplier’s terms and conditions, which may vary for each product.
Is my data safe when I use your service?

How will I know when my shoes are on the way back?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your clean shoes have been dispatched.
