These terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, products, subscriptions, promotions, agreements, and actions (written or verbal) between LIKE-NEW Shoe Laundry, located in Den Haag, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kvk) under number 96918993, and its customers. This includes shoe cleaning services, product sales, subscription services, giveaways, and custom postal delivery arrangements.


2. Services

  • LIKE-NEW provides premium, professional hand-cleaned shoe cleaning services.
  • We do not provide repair, restoration, or alteration services.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and mailing their shoes to us after placing an order.
  • Once cleaned, shoes are returned using tracked postal delivery.

3. Products

  • We sell shoe-related products on our website.
  • Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are provided at the time of purchase.
  • Product details are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions & Promotions

  • Subscription services (recurring cleanings or product shipments) are currently unavailable. Terms (renewal, duration, cancellation) are specified at checkout when available.
  • Promotional campaigns, contests, and giveaways may be run. Participation is subject to separate promotional terms and eligibility criteria.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is required in full before orders are processed.
  • Accepted payment methods include iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and others.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary.
  • Special delivery requests can be arranged on request and may include additional fees.

6. Shipping and Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging items sent to LIKE-NEW.
  • LIKE-NEW is not liable for damage or loss during transit to our facility.
  • All return shipments are sent with track & trace codes. Once handed to the courier, LIKE-NEW is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage.

7. Delivery Times

  • Estimated service and delivery timelines are indicated at checkout.
  • Actual timing may vary due to volume, weather, holidays, or postal issues.
  • Custom delivery arrangements are confirmed individually.

8. Right of Withdrawal – Products Only

  • Customers may cancel or return product purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided products are unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned goods are received.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to cleaning services once the cleaning process has started.

9. Complaints & Liability

  • Service-related complaints must be submitted in writing within 3 days of receipt.
  • Product complaints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Cleaning services are performed at the customer’s risk; we do not guarantee stain or material outcomes due to pre-existing wear, discoloration, or sensitivity.
  • LIKE-NEW's liability, if any, is limited to the value of the affected order.
  • Proof of payment and an order number are required to file any complaint.

10. Unclaimed Shoes

  • Shoes not claimed or with no valid return details provided within 60 days may be donated or disposed of. LIKE-NEW will not provide compensation for unclaimed items.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, product names, visuals, and materials on our website or social media belong to LIKE-NEW or are used with permission.
  • No part of our intellectual property may be reproduced or used without explicit written consent.

12. Privacy Policy

  • LIKE-NEW processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Customer data is used only for order fulfillment, customer service, or communications related to your order.
  • Personal data is never shared with third parties without consent.

15. Gift Cards:

Gift cards issued by LIKE-NEW Shoe Laundry are valid for use only on our online platform for products or services offered by LIKE-NEW Shoe Laundry. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

16. Discounts:

Discounts offered by LIKE-NEW Shoe Laundry, whether through promotions, coupons, or subscription benefits, are applicable only to eligible purchases as specified at the time of issuance. Discounts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
